Our 1996 Cadillac Seville SLS is in unusually nice condition. I don't exaggerate, and I want you to be able to determine the actual condition of this beautiful car easily. If you decide to bid, I want you to feel confident about what you're buying. It is Glacier White in color, very sharp-looking, with no door dings, dents or stone chips. The paint gleams as though it were new. There is no rust. The interior is light tan, very clean, and has always been kept that way, not just spiffed-up for the sale. It is fully equipped, with full power. Please note that there is NO sunroof---- Ebay's listing software thinks there is one, but there is NO sunroof. Both front seats are power, Ebay's software thinks that only the driver's seat is power. The Seville has been carefully maintained, and runs excellent. Gas mileage around Belchertown, MA averages around 24 - 25 miles per gallon, which is a mixture of urban and suburban driving. Highway driving will net you 26 - 29 miles per gallon, no fooling, and this is from Cadillac's famous Northstar V8. It is a front-wheel drive sedan, with traction control; it is amazing in winter driving. The car performs just as it should under all driving conditions. It is comfortable, quiet, and very responsive--- a car that is fun to drive and very restful on longer trips. I'm going to list some major items and report on their condition: Exterior finish: Excellent, bright and shiny, no dings, dents or stone nicks. NO RUST. The car has been garaged. Interior: Handsome, very clean, the leather has no rips, tears, spots or odors. A non-smoker's car. The carpets are excellent and the headliner is like new. There are no negative items to detract from the appearance. Engine: The 32-valve Northstar V8 starts instantly and runs just as it should. It has had oil-changes every 3500 miles. It is in excellent condition, and has been carefully maintained. Transmission has had fluid changes every 20,000 miles. It shifts perfectly and quietly. Steering and suspension: The tie-rod ends and ball-joints are solid with no detectable wear. They have grease fittings, and it has been done regularly. The struts are fine. Sway bar links and bushings were replaced less than 5000 miles ago. Brakes: They are new: New pads and rotors, front and rear, less than 3000 miles ago. They operate perfectly. Wheels and tires: The tires are Michelin Symetry. They have approx. 40 - 60 % of their life left. The wheels are chromed and have no road or curb rash. They are properly balanced and smooth at any speed. Exhaust system: It's the original and seems to be in fine solid condition. I think it was stainless steel, which lasts much longer than conventional exhaust systems. All lighting, air-conditioning, and other accessories, such as power windows, seats and cruise control work just as they should. This is truly an exceptionally nice car. I don't have inflated ideas about its' worth, and will list a Buy-It-Now price that is realistic and represents a good fair deal for both buyer and seller.
