1969 RS/SS Camaro Convertible Beautiful Condition , Fully restored collector/ driver/ show car! This is a local California car, garaged and covered, originally restored for the 2009 " Hot August Nights" car show. It is our family show car / weekend getaway car, this car has special features which have enabled us to drive consistently to and from several car shows from Arizona to Nevada and all thru California. Special features include a Tremic O.D. 5 speed ( low 1st gear .64 O.D.) H.D. 4 core radiator,H.D. gas shocks and much more! There has been NO modifications to this car that would inhibit full restoration to original status, no holes, no cuts. The transmission is all custom with zero cutting or modifying from the removal of the four speed. The Four speed transmission and differential are from a date coded 1969 Camaro Z28,( Transmission IS INCUDED in sale Date coded 1969 Z28 Muncie M22) this car has the original protect-o- plate and receipts dating back to the original owner, as well as the previous owner and myself. Total receipts are over 55,000.00, all trim,driveline, and suspension are within the last 4 years. This car is being sold in " as is" condition and is used as a driver, it is not a #s matching car and I do not make any representation of such. I have personally gone thru this car myself, and can verify the date codes. The motor is a dealer installed crate motor it was built specifically for endurance as well as performance, using "ALL" dealer obtained parts. including: roller rockers, forged 10:1 pistons, H.D. connecting rods, steel crank shaft, hydraulic cam, and several performance bolt ons. This motor comes with a full dyno sheet , as well as a full length video of both the break in and 3 pass runs to obtain over 415 ft. lbs of torq. The motors has now 4,300 miles on it and runs very strong and clean, burns clean and does not leak!!! like several other examples out there. The transmission has a little over 2,000 miles as well as the differential. All suspension has been done within the last four years. The top has no rips or tears and was redone in 1986 as well as the paint and any body work, again this car has been driven by me and my family to several car shows and tourist destinations throughout California, and Nevada and is not a 100 point car, but it is definitly a show winner as well as a head turner. I will try and answer any serious questions as quickly as possible.I am looking for a Pro Street style 1939-1941 Willeys and will consider a trade for that ONLY.
