1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am for sale. This is a great classic muscle car thats in great condition. It has a 6.6 Litre (400cc) V8 and an automatic transmission. There is no rust that I can see, and it hasn't been in any wrecks to my knowledge. The previous owner took out the air conditioner to add more horsepower because they were planning on racing it. The duct system and controls for the air conditioner are still there, just the compressor and stuff is gone. The power windows may need some work, probably just re-wiring or a new motor. The doors work supprisingly well for this type of car, I know a lot of them have problems because they're so heavy, but these seem to be problemless. Car has new seats, a new alternator and starter, and a Pioneer stereo system with cd and Mp3 player. The car has all the usual trans am decals except a few letters are missing from the sides but the bird, stripes and rear decals all look perfect. The front windshield has one minor crack on the passenger side. Car has been tuned and taken care of as long as its been with me. Runs great and ive had no problems with it running.
