1978 Suzuki GS1000CI have had this bike for five years now and I feel it is perfect. I ride it frequently. Everything works, including the original turn signal buzzer that warns the signals are on. The fuel gauge works, all the gauges work and are not faded.The Carburetors were professionally rebuilt this year and properly synchronized. It runs like the day it came off the showroom floor. On Oct-15-10 at 20:29:18 PDT, seller added the following information: Update Oct 15, 2010 8:35pm pacific timeI have shot two videos today, one of the bike starting and driving off and one driving past. It had not been ridden for about two weeks prior to that.It has never happened before and I don't know if it will again These videos were shot about 4 hours later and there were no signs of smoking at all. Knowing that it smoked a little after sitting, I feel it is just a symptom of the age of the bike and normal. But if you have placed a bid prior to this and want to retract your bid because of this please let me know. Otherwise It has been noted. I am disclosing this because I have a perfect record on E-bay and don't want the buyer to have any surprises.
