First of all, thank you for viewing my auction. I have this car as well as several others from my personal collection listed, or soon be listed on ebay right now, so check them out too. I am re-listing this car with a lower Buy it Now and NO RESERVE.....last time around (auction # 280517224116) it was bid up to $15,095 and my reserve was $17,999. Someone will get a really nice one of a kind car!! I have over $30K invested in this car, This car was special ordered in this color with all options, LSE package, and manual transmission and was a Lincoln Executive display vehicle for the 1st 4500 miles of its life. The color is incredible and changes colors in different light. No accidents or issues. This is not your average, standard LS!! Not only is it a manual trans, it also has the RARE LSE package which comes with a different, nicer shaped front bumper with round fog lights, side skirts, rear ground effect, rear wing, tighter and lower suspension, painted license plate and grill trim, and specific twin tip duel exhaust tips. I am the 2nd owner ( knew the 1st owner personally who was just as anal as me with detailing and preservation) and had all the custom work done to make it the 400 HP beast it is today. I've owned a performance shop for the last 17 years and this car was for myself and spared no expense. This is a very lightweight, nimble, fast, perfectly balanced, great handling car. It took over 2 years to get it all working right the way it is now. No check engine lights or issues. Car has all options and everything works perfect including the factory optioned 12 speaker Alpine Audiophile sound system with 6 disc in-dash changer, and sunroof.. A/C ice cold, heat hot. Car gets 25+ MPG and never gets hot, not even half way on the gauge even when idling in 120 degree desert heat for 30+ minutes. It drives like a stock car until you romp on it, then hold on. Has the bottom end torque like a Boss 429, and revs like a Shelby Cobra 289 Hi-Po with the efficency of the 3.0 all aluminum Duratech V6!! It is very sophisticated and shocks many. Truly a wolf in sheep's clothing. Many have called it a 4 door Cobra. This is a one of a kind car that you will never see another of. Sorry this description is long, I just want to be thorough, so please read it, and scroll through the 70+ pictures before asking questions. Since the car is in my friend's showroom, it is subject to sell at any time locally too. A couple of the shots show the car in the air conditioned and heated showroom where the car is displayed along with my Shelby which was listed and sold. The last 3 (when car still had the stock wheels on it) are with the bumper off to show you how nicely done the turbo and intercooler are. The workmanship was one off and intended to be a factory type looking install. Here are the specs: All options---power windows, locks, mirrors, trunk and gas door release, steering, sunroof with shade, 10 way memory seats with lumbar, leather, cruise control, duel zone L+R and rear A/C/Heat, 8 way telescopic steering column, Advance-Trac Traction control system, 4 wheel antilock disc brakes, L+R front and side airbags, duel exhaust, Getrag 5 speed manual transmission with hydraulic assist, duel foldown rear seats, electrochromatic self dimming rear view mirror, Homelink garage door/gate opener built into driver's sunvisor with 3 buttons, rear window defrost, aluminum fenders, engine, hood and rear deck for almost 50/50 weight distribution. Steering rack is also behind the engine, and battery is in the trunk. You will not believe you are driving a 4 door sedan as it handles like a European Supercar!! CA registered until Sept. 20102nd owner, and the cleanest LS you will find!! All leather interior with 10 way power seats and side airbags, Never been smoked in, no stains, still smells new!! Car is MINT top to bottom and has over $20K in upgrades, only the best new parts were used!! Custom behind the bumper Precision T4 61/69 turbo with .58 A/R backing and Bosch 1" billet aluminum blow off valve...starts making power by 2000 RPM All mandrel bent and TIG welded stainless steel tubing, all tucked up to perfection with no rubbing, clunking, or ground clearance issues. Intercooler to engine piping is aluminum Huge custom made Garrett intercooler visable thru lower bumper Tial 44 mm wastegate Custom SCT tuning, over 30 hours spent getting the combination dialed in to perfection with no flat spots, pinging, or issues. Safe tune for CA 91 octane. Car needs nothing!! 1 of 63 Lincoln LSE's built in 2002 with a manual transmission and the only one built in this color and the only one built with Truffle interior!!! Why am I selling?? I have 22 cars in my personal collection and should really thin a few out, I am not losing my house, or desperate in any way, so this is a like to sell, not a must sell. It is costing me over $3500 per month to store all my cars indoors, many of which I rarely drive. I would not have spent the money I have on this car if it wasn't so clean and I didn't know how impeccably maintained it was prior to me owning it. This car is done right. I bought this car in 2007 from an insurance auction for this turbo project as I had another manual trans LSE that I felt lacked in the power department and I wanted to do something different that nobody else had done. Car was NOT wrecked. It was a recovered theft, and being that it took more than 30 days to recover, it was issued a salvage title by my friend's insurance company. My friend (who was the first, very meticulous owner ) had already bought another car by the time insurance paid the car off after recovered. The car disappeared when getting the sunroof repaired and the keys got in the wrong hands. Less than 40 miles were put on the car before it was recovered indoors in a warehouse after 48 days, and it was kept indoors at the auction house too, where I was given the opportunity to purchase thanks to my friend's tip. The car now has a clear CA title with salvage history as it was inspected by the state of CA and passed with flying colors. Can be registered in any state or country with no problems and is currently registered until September 2010. Autocheck and Carfax have no way to determine why a car was salvaged, that's why it shows "accident reported", when there wasn't one. My friend bought this car in AZ in 2003 and leased it through his business as a second car and drove it between AZ and CA between his homes as a nice weather 2nd car.. He bought it from a Ford auction for previous display vehicles, so the first 4500 miles put on this car were by Ford executives taking to various autoshows. Never in rain, always garaged, and never spent a night outside. Waxed each time washed and has been professionally detailed monthly including waxing the inside of wheels, engine box, door & trunk jams and underside! The car had a clear bra installed at 4500 miles on the headlights and foglights, the whole front clip, side mirrors, windshield pillars, front edge of roof and behind each wheel which has preserved the car from any chips, road rash, etc. I removed it as it was yellowing. The only flaw on the paint on the whole car is a small scuff on the driver's side rear bumper which is hardly noticeable. I took a close up picture so you can see how minimal it is. There are no dings or dents. Car is tight with no rattles, wind noise, leaks, etc. Paint looks like a $10K job as it is color sanded and coated with 5 coats of Zaino. Looks like glass!! The underside is as clean as the the rest of the car. The pictures speak for themselves. This is a beautiful car and PERFECTLY balanced as far as looks, safety, economy, handling, braking, comfort, reliability, sound, and performance!! You can drive this car anywhere with no issues. This is the most balanced car you will ever drive. I have only performed tasteful modifications that were professionally installed by my techs. Smooth, fast, and comfortable car that needs nothing. It seats 5 adults comfortably and has a huge trunk. The car is a true sleeper and one of a kind. I did this car to be the best of ALL worlds with the best parts available that work together perfectly. No expense was spared and there are no excuses or problems with this car in any way. I do not like to ever buy modified cars as you are usually buying someone else's problems or wrong combination with parts working against each other or is a hack job. Again, I can not stress how perfectly balanced this car is in all departments, nothing has been overlooked. I did a Buy It Now, if you don't want to bid and wait, or you can bid and hope to get it. Outright price for this car is $17999 if you want to use the buy it now option, or you can bid. No taxes collected by me or any document fees. I always like to do Buy It Now, fixed price auctions over regular bid auctions where people put on their watch list, then forget to bid at the last minute, then are upset that they missed the car!!
