You are bidding on a 2001 Honda Odyssey EX. This vehicle is a two-owner, accident free and traded in from a local customer. If you have any questions please call Chris at (800)662-4872 with any questions before placing a bid.

EXTERIOR- Vehicle has some small door dings all around. The paint on the passenger front fender appears to have been painted, but there is no record of any accidents. The front and rear bumpers all so have a couple scrapes. The tires have plenty of tread, and all match. The paint still shines. INTERIOR- The air conditioner blows cold. Power windows work and the power locks do as well. The radio has a CD player and a tape deck. No engine lights or any other service lights are lit up on the dash. There are minor wear marks on the driver's seat cushion and armrest. There are also smal stains on the front floor mats and a wear spot at the driver's feet. See pictures for further detail and call Chris at (800)662-4872 with any questions before placing a bid.

MECHANICAL- Car passed VA inspection and runs good. This vehicle has over 100,000 miles so expect normal wear and tear for a vehicle with this many miles. The timing belt has not been replaced; however, the 90k mile service was performed as well as a new water pump. Bidders are welcome to come take the vehicle for a test drive before bidding, as well as having the vehicle inspected by their own mechanic.

8. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, counties, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Vehicle sale is subject to .02% Winchester Gross receipts tax. $189 processing fee will also be added to the final price of all sales (INCLUDING SALES MADE TO DEALERS).
9. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. This vehicle must be picked up by purchaser. Miller's Cross Pointe Motor Car's will not ship this vehicle.
    2. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Miller's Cross Pointe Motor Car's will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Miller's Cross Pointe Motor Car's will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) MUST communicate with Greg at Miller's Cross Pointe Motor Car's by email or phone (800)662-4872 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 3 days (unless other arrangements have been made with seller), we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer, as well as leave feedback accordingly. Total balance must be paid in full within 3 days of auction close.
    3. BUYER MUST fax or email copy of their State issued valid Driver License, as well as proof of liability automotive insurance as soon as possible after winning the auction. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released to Buyer.
12. This vehicle is being offered for sale locally during the auction, and may be sold at any time prior to the end of the auction. Please contact dealer to ensure vehicle availability.
