Vehicle Detail
I have a 1992 JDM Toyota Aristo VIP style, with a wide body, and a single turbo conversion. Here are the specsToyota Aristo (same as Lexus GS300) Right hand drive 150,000km VIN: The correct VIN is JZS1470004691 (JDM cars have 13 digits VIN numbers, not 17 like in Canada or the US) Engine: The engine is a 3.0-litre, DOHC turbo with a single turbo conversion with: Trust TD-07 25a Greddy/Trust front mount intercooler Greddy Type R blowoff valve Koyo rad, electric fan conversion with dual Flex-a-lite fans converted to MKIV Supra TT water pump to eliminate hydraulic fan polished aluminum pulley set Exhaust: HKS dual Electronics: Greddy/Trust E-Manage blue, HKS speed cut defender Greddy Profec B boost controller and Blitz turbo timer Suspension and wheels: Tein coilovers all the way around Wheels: 18x10" and 18x12" Enkei ABC exclusives Tires: 245/40R18 Federal 595s front, 285/40R18 Sumitomo HTR-ZII rear Wide body: The car was given a custom widebody in the rear to fit the big rims and rubber and the front fenders were pulled as well. Interior: Clarion 2-din CD/MP3 deck with internal HD, SD card slot, iPod input, Sat. radio control. Some odd JDM nav/TV unit on passenger side of dash. Could be replaced with gauges, or another nav unit. About the car: I am very picky about my cars and I am an honest person. This car is not new and has some flaws. These are all the details I can think of that would need to be address to make it showroom condition (which was my original plan). Body: The body has a few light scratch and could use a nice buffing/wax job. . It also has a few cracks at the junction of the bumpers and the quarter panels. I was quoted 1500$ to have to body restored to showroom condition. I will take some pictures. Email me and I will send them to you. Note: No rust at all. Undercarriage is as clean as it gets. Rims have a few scratch. I was planning to have them sanded and polished, but it's not a must. Interior: The interior is cloth. The condition is good for the age of the car, but I was planning to cover them with leather. The leather off the steering wheel is also getting old and I recommend swapping it for a wood steering (that was my plan). The sound system works well, and there is an opening in the back made to receive a couple of extra speakers and a subwoofer. The center arm rest has a bit of play. Not much, but like I said, I am fussy about my cars, and I assume the next owner has the right to be as well. Last, the electric motor of the rear window does not work and needs to be replaced. It's a cheap and common Toyota part. Drivability: The car drives well. Just replaced the battery. Starts and idles good. The car was dynoed at 330WHP. It is very powerfull, but I know for a fact that it could use a good tune and pump a solid 450-500WHP without any other modifications. Suspension is excellent. Brakes are getting old. So there you have it. Feel free to ask all the questions and even drop by to check it out if you are in the Toronto area. I need to let it go, so I did not put any reserve. I paid 15,000$ worth of trade for the car. The value is still on the transfer papers of the car. My lost is your gain.
