Thank you! 1988 JAGUAR XJS CONVERTIBLE This is much more than just an older Jaguar Convertible. This is a Hess and Eisenhardt Jaguar commissioned conversion done only for about 2 years. The majority of these cars were titled as 1988 cars. In the fall of 1988 Jaguar introduced their own in-house convertible and the H&E ceased production. Many aficionados consider the H&E to be the most beautiful of the XJS. Only you can decide. To a collector this Jaguar is as good as it gets. It is in a very desirable color combination, Black and Barley (Tan). The miles are correct and the condition is superb. This is a very complete Jaguar with the convertible top, boot cover, jack, tools and a complete set of books. The paint is excellent. The convertible top is like new. The interior is all original with soft unmarked leather. The carpets are excellent and there are only minor wood flaws. This Jaguar drives extremely well with no hidden vices. The wire wheels are a nice touch and the spare has never seen the ground. BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR TIME AND SCROLL THROUGH ALL THE PHOTOS 40 IN ALL. THEY MAY REQUIRE SOME LOAD TIME. TERMS & CONDITIONS KY bidders will add 6% usage tax and $199 transfer/doc fees.  Out of state residents will add $128 to cover title fees, mailing costs, temporary tags, etc.  Contact to be made by winning bidder within business 24 hours and a minimum partial payment to be made within 72 hours of auction end. The partial payment is non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver the goods as described.  Balance will be due within 7 business days of the close of the auction.  Any exceptions to be worked out before the completion of the sale. Auctions ending on a Friday or holiday will be addressed the follow business day. We will be happy to assist the new owner in arranging transportation from our nearby airport, Lexington Bluegrass Field, at no extra charge.  All bidders must understand and agree that we reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time for any reason and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation or closure.  Unqualified or deadbeat bidding, auction interference, or any for of harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.  We are professionals in the business of selling quality vehicles.  We take our eBay auctions very seriously and reserve our auctions for qualified, registered bidders within the eBay community.
