This is a 2007 Honda CR-V LX AWD with 58,xxx miles. We purchased this new from our local Honda Dealer and it is my wife's car. She is a nurse and used it to visit patients at their homes and to take the kids to school. It has been garage kept since new and has not been in any type of accident and has not been painted, etc. It was just gone over by mechanic and had its oil changed to make sure all is proper. Everything works perfectly and is it in excellent condition. This is the 4 Wheel Drive (AWD) model. We purchased another Honda (probably our 4th or 5th now) and really have enjoyed the car. I have the original window sticker and books and keys, etc. Car has been serviced by Honda and by my father in law when he was available. It has many nice features such as Power Windows- Power Locks - Cruise Control - CD Player - Outlet for Ipod - Power Outlet in Front and Rear - AWD - Flip down center consol - sunglass holder that turns in to a mirror to see kids in back seat - Back Seats side up and back, Tilt and Flip up from the rear forward for lots of storage options - Full Size Spare Tire - CD Player, etc I have kept all the original books, Window Sticker, Keys including Valet Key. It has had regular service/oil changes and runs and drives like new. Tires still have plenty of tread. If winning bidder lives in Maryland, I will have it inspected prior to delivery. We are just looking for a good home for it. If it is not as shown and described the winning bidder will not be obligated to purchase. It has a clear title without any lien. Payment by cleared funds or cash if you prefer. The reserve is very low so it will sell to winning bidder. It really is in very nice condition and has been washed and waxed by myself.
