selling a 64 pontiac tempest, 2dr post. i picked this thing up out of a barn about ten years ago and stuck it in another barn. here's what i know about it. at some point it was drag raced. the trans tunnel has been modified at the firewall for something or another. the frame rails and inner fenders at the front have a little bit cut away. the car seems like its pretty rustfree. the floorboards and trunk floor aren't bad. they have some rust holes in them but not bad. all the glass is intact and none is broken. the sheetmetal looks pretty straight. its in primer. i don't know what under the primer. i do have the front bumper and the seats. the seats are rough. front is bench. there are a bunch or parts in the trunk. heads, headers, misc stuff. heads are pressed in studs. looks like late model. i am also trying to sell this locally and can end the auction at any time. the car is sold as is. i do have the title to the car. it needs to be moved within 30 days of sale.On Oct-09-10 at 18:37:09 PDT, seller added the following information: someone asked what the spare parts are. the spare parts are 2 heads, 1 set of headers, 2 valve covers, the pan that does under the intake, two pulleys, alternator bracket(aluminum), driveshaft, misc bolts, wirelooms, the piece that goes over top of the radiator and attaches the radiator to the bulkhead support, starter. i also added two pictures of the frame rails and inner fenders where they have been cut.
