Vehicle Detail
I am helping a local business man sell one of his collection cars. Here is what he ask me to put in. 1948 Triumph TRD#2450 1800 , manual transmission, right hand drive, 4 cylinder, Black convertible, with blue leather interior, Car is in excellent mechanical shape. Brakes were just redone. Body is in good shape, orginal paint and chrome , all in great shape. I have owned it for 10 years. I am the 4th owner. Car was orginally owned by Professor Robert Borkenstein. He was an Indiana University professor who invented the breathalyzer. I have lots of literature, manuals, and some parts. Reason for selling, I am over 80 years in age and I think it is time someone else should enjoy the car. Here is more info about the car.1800' town and country' saloon- produced 1946-1949 Engine 4-cyl. 73x105mm, 1776cc, cr6.71; solex carb, 63bhp (net) at 4500rpm, max torque 92 lb at 2000rpm.
