This is a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS. This car has power windows, power door locks, cruise, tilt, power driver seat, and Air Conditioning. I bought this car with no engine, I bought an engine with only 87000 miles from a wrecked spyder and I heard it run before I bought it. I brought the engine home and installed it with all new motor mounts, new clutch and pressure plate, all new belts, plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, and valve cover gasket. I then fired it up for the first time and I noticed that it was smoking lightly, I have investigated everything and it is not oil smoke and it is not antifreeze smoke. I checked compression on each cylinder and I got 183-185 on each cylinder. I got sick of searching for the issue so I am selling the car. I have drove it around and it runs and drives great, shifts smoothly, does not over heat or use any fluids. The good things about the car are that it has a lot of new parts including tie rod ends, it has KYB struts all around, clear tail lights, new carpet, OZ Racing wheels, it drives great, no rust, the top is in great shape and everything works on the car. The bad things are that it needs brakes, rotors, tires, the driver power seat sticks and moves slow, crack in rear bumper cover, missing lower door trim, needs passenger side transmission bearing, there is no radio, the AC needs recharged, needs a door seal and the SRS light is on. If the car goes for enough I will throw in a set of new cross drilled and sloted rotors and brake shoes. Please ask questions, this car is being sold as is with no waranty.
