I am selling my 1974 Dodge Charger SE. I purchased this car from the original owner and it has spent its whole life in California, and has been meticulously maintained and always garaged. Car is powered by its original 360 cu in 4BBL engine which was rebuilt aprox 9K mile ago. Here is a detailed description of the car, please take the time to read it. MECHANICS: Rebuilt(do not have paper work) original small block 360, automatic trans, power steering, power brakes, COLD AC. New shocks, and brakes. This car starts, runs, drives and stops great. Can drive this car anywhere, with cold AC blowing, and running cool. No leaks except for slight drip from rear end cover plate gasket. Car has original single exhaust. EXTERIOR: Body is 100% rust free. Car was repainted in 1995 the original color with Dupont Imron which has held up remarkably well. Just a couple (less than)normal chips that a 15 year old paint job will experience. White vinyl top is beautiful. Glass is all good, Chrome and trim is very nice. INTERIOR: Interior is almost perfect. Orig white seats with buckets in front and a console with slap-stick shifter, perfect black dash and carpet, perfect white headliner. The white plastic on the door panels show very slight weathering from sun exposure. Seat belts present(note: this car will only start if drivers seat belt is buckled ?) ELECTRICS. All lights and gauges work perfectly. Even has turn-signal indicators on top of front fenders. Orig radio was replaced with Cassette deck years ago. WHEELS AND TIRES: Has original 14” Rally wheels with 4 brand new raised white lettered tires. Has original spare (steel wheel) in trunk TRUNK: Trunk look as new with spare and jack etc. Original owners manual in glove box. CHASSIS: 100% rust free. Clean with no leaks (except as stated above) CONCLUSION: This Charger is a super clean and solid example of the last year of this style “B” body Mopar. Not a show car, but very presentable. Will win trophies at local cruise night show and shines no problem. Can also be used as a daily driver if so desired.
