Vehicle Detail

I bought this truck in late 2006 it was a duelly when I bought it. I used it on my property for a year and decided to put a 14 inch lift on it and change it from duelly to single wheel. the lift is 14 inch all spring in the front with 2 inch drop shacke so little over 15 inches overall. the rear is 12 inch springs with a 3 inch block. the engine is a 454 TBI Injection with long tube headers. I built this truck when I lived in calif and had my own shop and just recently within the last year moved out to colorado and the truck is now here in colorado with me. I drove it out here towing a 20FT enclosed trailer it made it here no problems. the truck only has 88K original miles on it. its done a lot of sitting its life if you live in california this truck is exempt from emissions testing/requirements so you will not have to deal with getting an emissions test done on it to put it in your name. im not sure about other states I can only say so for calif. I have a clean california title in my hand ready to be signed over to the new owner. on the highway doing 55mph the truck gets 12 mpg if you go easy on it. The tirees are 38x1550x18 toyo open country and no they are not bald like most the ones you see here on ebay they still have 10k miles of life left in them interior is not that great the drivers side of the seat is torn and the foam is showing. capret is still nice the a/c compressor is froze those arent that expensive to replace i think it was 125 for a new compressor I just never got around to replaceing that. the rubber busihings in the front leaf springs need replaced I believe I have a new set sitting here if not I think they are 15-30 dollars each at a parts store. its a 14 inch lift so its a bumpy ride it does not ride like no cadillac. the gauges all work speedometer is about 6 mph off the paint and body work was done in 2009 at a professional body shop was a pretty expensive paint job but was sure worth it the color is called gunmetal pearl. transmission was rebuilt when I lifted the truck. its a very heavy duty unit out of a motor home that was built for hauling around a lot of weight. I went with a divorced np205 transfercase the heavy duty all cast iron unit. going down the road there is no strange or unusual vibrations it runs smooth at 60-75mph on the highway. alignment is all straight you can let go of the weel going 70 and it stays straight does not pull at all. the steering is all crossover setup was very expensive but well worth it so it can turn sharp still and is easy on all steering components. it is a long bed with a custom roll pan bumper in the rear. has a tow package installed I also have a nice drop hitch for the truck not in the pictures but It is included with the truck. the rear windows are all tinted 2.5% dark. truck has the well known heavy duty dana 60 front axle with 4.10 gears. the rear is a 14 bolt full floater very heavy duty was fully rebuilt when i changed the truck from duelly to single wheel with gears to match the fron. buy it now $6500 cash no less otherwise wait and see where the bid ends. remember most the bids come at the last 20 minutes of an auction. UPDATED!!! I forgot to mention the heater blows nice and hott in the cold winter with the windows up the low setting keeps it almost too warm in there you rarely ever have to run it on high. another thing I forgot to mention is that there are train horns installed all setup and working mounted underneath was an expensive setup there is also onboard aircompressor installed to provide air to the train horns it gives it a good very loud 4 second blast and scares the Sh*t out of people when you use it and they are near the truck. there is a nice cd player installed alpine. I needed the 2 front door speakers for my daily driver so they are missing 2 from this truck but its not a big deal you can pick up some decent speakers for under $50. also had a professional true dual exhaust system installed from the front all the way to the rear of the truck underneathe the back of the bed. was a $500 dollar job at the exhaust shop in town. Flow master mufflers installed I will be posting more pictures when i get home 970>23seven,66zero7 Joe if I dont answer leave me a message with a number to reach you at and i will return the call
