UP for auction is 1989 Dodge Shelby Daytona T-top car with a 2.2 T2 5 speed manual. I am taking a huge loss on this car need room for new projects. The car just received a new paint job ($4000) the car was stripped to bare metal and received PPG 1791 etching then PPG K36 surfacer with guide coat. Car was blocked until it was slicked out a lot of hours in bodywork. The paint is PPG DBC platinum silver basecoat with PPG 2002 clear coat then the car was wet sanded buffed then polished and then ran ultrafine 3m polish over it looks great. The engine is a rebuilt 2.2 T2 with a T3/T4 hybrid turbo on it. The car is a 5 speed manual that was rebuilt and has brand new clutch installed. The car is a blast to drive and drives excellent. The car also has Motegi Racing wheels 18X7.5 with new Nitto tires 225/40/18 all the way around. There is a Viper alarms system installed on the car and it has a Kenwood stereo system. I have invested over $8000 dollars alone this year not including buying the car, but have other projects now so here is your chance to get a deal. The only thing the car needs is for the interior to be restored and little odds and ends to be finished for what I am offering the car for you will not find a better deal and these cars are getting hard to find anymore so don't miss out.
