Rare 1969 Cougar convertible. Has what appears to be a 351W V8, 2V Carb, Automatic transmission,Power steering & Front disk brakes Not sure of the rear end size? As you see in the pic's the car is a restoration project and will need complete refurbishing. The majority of the bodywork is needed on the drivers side quarter panel which has a replacement panel from another cougar ready to be tacked on and welded in place. It will also need an inner wheel well replacement on the same side along with the quarter panel. As for the rest of the car, the drivers side front floor has had a small patch replaced in the past. The rest of the floorpan as well as the rocker panels are very solid. The frame rails are solid everywhere. The convertible top frame is in very good shape and just needs a little cleaning and canvas. All the chrome around the glass are intact and in excellent shape. The seats,door panels dashboard are all dried up from the hot desert sun and will need to be reupolstered. The center console is a little worn but is serviceable and can be used. I have all the missing pieces to the car that are not showing in the pic's such as the front bumper, turn signal lites rear bumper and rear turn signal piece, interior panels to the back. Only thing I see missing is the center emblem for the grill. Over all this car needs a lot of work however I don't see it as parts car, definately not for the faint of heart so unless you know what your doing I don't recommend this car to just anyone. I had hopes of getting this old classic back on the road however time constraints and finances force me to sell. These are beautiful cars when fixed up. Car will not be available to be seen until the end of the auction to the winning bidder. Please only bid if you have intentions to buy. The car has not been titled in over (10) years so it is offered with bill of sale only. I can get a clear CA title for an extra $180 apart from the final bid price should buyer need it. I have no idea on the condition of the engine or the whole drivetrain for that matter? The inner wheel was removed I pressume with the original quarter panel because it's missing.
