BEFORE READING ANY FURTHER I DO NOT WANT TO SELL MY TRUCK, BUT BECAUSE OF BAD ECONOMIC TIMES AS A RESULT OF WHICH MY BUSINESS HAS SLOWED DOWN, I AM FORCED TO SELL MY TRUCK. Once I decided that I was going to sell my truck, I wanted to make sure that anyone who was interested could be certain that they are getting a GOOD vehicle. I took the truck into Tallahassee Ford to have a complete used vehicle inspection, while there we also changed the upper and lower ball joints and had an alignment done. For whatever reason the inspection file scanned upside down, you can rotate it or print it so you can view it easily. This is my personal vehicle and has been for the last two years. This truck is in EXCELLENT SHAPE. I am very meticulous about my vehicles and have taken exceptional care of this truck.. These are very tough trucks and the 7.3L is known to be a very reliable motor. The oil has been changed every 3k miles or less. Not expecting to sell this truck, I recently (less than a month ago) did a full front end overhaul as recommended by Ford including: -New tie rod ends, tie rod and drag links ($650 Installed) -New upper and lower ball joints ($500 Installed) -New Steering Gear Box ($425 Installed) -New Monroe Gas Shocks (Front) ($175 Installed) TOTAL COST OF RECENT MAINTENANCE: $1750.00 Because of this over haul, the truck rides smoother than it ever has, and all of the parts have lifetime warranties. Once I decided to sell this truck, I also took it into the Ford dealership to have it inspected. Ford looked over everything and also did an alignment. Everything checked out on my truck it runs perfectly. The interior of this truck has NO rips, it is nearly perfect showing only a couple spots of wear on the door handles – I would rate it 95+ out of a possible 100, although there is a black spot on the dash that has been there since I bought the truck, looks like ink - you cant see it unless you look up on top of the dash.. The exterior is also in excellent shape, with only a few minor door dings. The truck is rust free and ready to drive. With the upgrades and recent work, this truck has over $5,000 in new parts in the last year alone, this truck is going to run for a long time, and will not need much maintenance if any. The only thing that does not work on the truck is the power door locks, I have not tried to fix them, might be a fuse not sure. I have never really needed them so I never looked into it.
