jdyarbrou1 Store FOR SALE 1968 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE - C Code V8, Automatic, Power Top. Exterior color is RED and Black Interior and Top. The original motor has been replaced with a 302 V8 Crate Motor from Ford and has less then 5k miles on it. The C4 Automatic has been rebuild as well. This is not a show car but is an excellent daily driver car that has been off the road for about 3-4 years and stored indoors during the period. The Fender and Quarters are solid and show no signs of filler, the doors are nice and just the small hint of bubble on passenger door. The interior is not ripped or torn up and in very nice shape the carpet is fadded. The Convertible top is like new and and rear plastic glass is good. All other glass is good and DASH is very nice. The Mustang has electric fuel pump, disc brakes front added, headers, excellent exhaust system (with excellent tone) and chrome GT tips, all new tires and great looking rim and trim rings, new KYB shock and rear springs look new. Radio is am/fm with removal head. The Motor starts right up and shifts excellent and this car has BALLS. The Mustang just completed a PA inspection and is good till Sept 2011. The paint is a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Could use a repaint to be really be nice. Doors have great lines and no sags. The under carriage was done several years ago and is more on the amateur side but is tight and dry and would not any work for a awhile. So get in sit down and drive and have a blast. I have a Clear PA title in hand and we recommend and encourage that you come and drive and inspect the Mustang. You will be disappointed. Remember this is a driver car not a show car. shipping is the responsibility of the buyer however, i can and will help with your carrier. We are requesting a 1000.00 deposit due with in three days of completion of the auction and remainder due on pick up. We accept certifiable bank check, bank wire, personnel check but need to clear before release and of course cash on pick up. No warranty is expressed or implied.
