This auction is for a 1962 AMC Rambler American convertible. As you can see in the pictures this car is all original and has not been on the road in awhile. I bought this car from a friend of mine who acquired it from an estate. The last owner had this car since 1969 and it waa sold new here in Waycross GA at Cason Motors. The car has been kept in a barn since 1975 (last tag) and will need to be restored. Car is very solid with very mininum rust as you can see in the pictures. I put a battery in car and the motor appears to be stuck. The convertible top is not working either but the lights, horn, radio all still work along with interior lights. I am selling car as is so as all questions before bidding. If you are looking for an original American converitble that is unrestored this is the car for you. I am selling car with a Georgia Tag registration and bill of sale. The state of Georgia was not a titile state when this car was sold new. All you will need to obtain a title in you state is the registration and bill of sale. Now for terms of sale. Buyer agrees to send a $300.00 deposit at end of auction and pay balance with in 10 days of close of auction. Buyer also agrees to arrage shipping and pick-up of vehicle.
