This one Arizona owner 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring minivan has a 3.5 liter V6 engine with an automatic transmission. This Honda Odyssey comes equipped with a Navigation system, back-up camera, hands-free cell phone link, lcd/dvd rear entertainment system with two wireless headphones, power steering, four wheel ABS disk braking system, vehicle stability assist(VSA), tire pressure monitoring system, power door locks with keyless entry and theft deterrent system, power windows, dual power heated mirrors, fog lights, dual power sliding doors, power rear lift gate, power drivers seat with a memory system, heated front seats, quad seating, third seat, leather interior, moon roof, roof rack, parking sensors, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, privacy glass, digital climate control with separate settings for driver/passenger/rear, cold ac with good heat, rear air, rear seat sunshades, alloy wheels, digital information center, am/fm/xm premium stereo system with an in-dash cd changer, stereo controls on the steering wheel, dual front/side/curtain and second row curtain & third row curtain airbags for a total of 10 airbags. We have three keys, two keyless entry remotes, the original owners manual and two wireless headphones for the DVD system. VEHICLE CONDITION: This Honda Odyssey is in superb condition in and out. It runs and drives perfect. The body and paint are both in excellent condition with a few minor imperfections from normal wear. This Honda has NOT been smoked in. This Odyssey was involved in a minor accident where the front bumper cover was damaged. It has now been professionally fixed and it looks exactly like it did when it came from the factory. The glass is in great shape and the interior is super clean with no rips, tears or burns. The Wheels and Michelin tires are in good shape with about 75% tread remaining on the rear tires and 30% tread remaining on the front tires. Everything is working perfectly on this minivan. These vehicles are “used” and should not be thought of as “new”. Payment Methods Cash(in-person only), certified check, bank wire transfer, or 3rd party financing. We do not offer any sort of financing. Please have all funds or pre- approved financing in place before making your final bid. Payment must be made in full with in 7 days of the close of the auction. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility. Deposit To secure the vehicle the winning bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or the vehicle has not been paid in full with in 7 days after the close of the auction then we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to another qualified buyer. Additional Fees & Taxes We are a wholesale dealer who does not believe in charging any of our customers any additional documentation fees. An 8.2% Sales tax and title/registration fees will be accessed to all Arizona residents and or customers who plan on registering the vehicle in the State of Arizona with in 365 days of the purchase date. All out of state customers are responsible for all city, county, state taxes and fees as well as title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all of the shipping charges. The vehicle must be paid for in full before the vehicle can leave our facility to be transported. Upon request we will assist our customers in locating a reasonable transporter. Once the vehicle has left our facility we assume no responsibility to damages left to the vehicle. Warranty All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty or guaranties. We do not offer any sort of warranties that can be purchased. A manufacturers warranty may still apply. An extended warranty may be purchased through the Manufacturer or a third party agency.
