2004 Chevrolet Impala - Police Package. This vehicle was just taken out of service. We welcome all bidders to inspect the vehicle prior to placing a bid. This vehicle will need to be inspected and will require some brake work to make it roadworthy. Bidders are advised to contact the Highway Department for additional details of the condition of the vehicle. This vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder - no reserve auction. Any and all questions should be addressed to the Mr. O'Connor, Jr., Street Superintendent at 315-736-9075. The vehicle can be seen at the highway garage (by appointment only) located at 5376 Valley Rd, Oriskany, NY 13424. Light Bar and striping will be removed before delivery to the highest bidder. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early. Item is sold “As Is", where is, with no warranty expressed, written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for correct description, authenticity, genuine or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle. Buyers need to be prepared to pay sales tax on the final price if buyer is required to pay said sales tax. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for pickup and payment of the vehicle. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and full payment and pickup must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction.
