The vehicle is equipped with a 8 cyl engine and automatic transmission. The odometer shows 170,782 miles. The seats are Blue leather and are in rough condition for its year, Both driver and passenger seats have the ususal wear and tear on the leather but only the front seats have rips in the leather. Both driver and passenger doors have several wear marks on the meterial for the elbo rest and will need attention soon. Driver side A pillar has sun damage as well. There is wood accent on the dash and seem to be in decent condition. Steering colum is a bit loose and will need to be looked at before safely going on the road. The dash looks good and everything appears to be in operating order. AC blows but does not blow cold (could just use a recharge).
The exterior of the vehicle is White and looks to have its normal wear and tear. There are a few minor dings and scratches but nothing too bad. Both sides of the front bumper have wear marks. Rear driver side door has a small crease in the panel and there is a bit of rust developing on the top edge of the windshield (see pictures below). All panels line up and are actually really straight for its age (see pictures below).

The car starts right up on its own power and has a decent idle. We let it sit for 30mins while we photographed it and it continued to idle great. We later drove in and around our yard, it drove straight and very smooth. The car appeared to shift through all its gears just fine. The AC blows but does not blow cold (might just need a recharge) and most of the features appear to work normally with the exception of the rear right window not rolling down. There may be other problems with the vehicle that are not evident, therefor please bid accordingly! The vehicle has not been formally inspected by a mechanic. As is the case with all donated vehicles we do not perform a detailed mechanical or physical inspection. We simply convey what we are able to observe.

We’ve had too many zero feedback bidders winning our auctions and not following through, which is costly on our end and not fair to other bidders. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
INFORMATION CONCERNING SMOG CERTIFICATION:
If you are a California Resident intending to register this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be an additional $50.00 fee added to your total amount if providing you with either of these. Since many of our buyers are from out of state, we will need email notification from you at least one business day prior to pickup to facilitate the test. We make no guarantees as to the vehicle passing or failing an emission test.
The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.
INFORMATION CONCERNING VEHICLE TITLE:
If this vehicle has a California Application for Duplicate Title, which means there is no title in our possession and one must be applied for. (In some cases people that donate their vehicles may have misplaced their title and could not locate it. In this situation the California DMV requires tthe registered owner to fill our a California Application for Duplicate Title Form, which will replace the oringal misplaced title and can be used to transfer ownership as well.– if you are bidding from out of State or outside the U.S. Please be aware that you may need to first title/register in California in order to title or export to your state/country of residence. This Paperwork is transferable through the CA DMV.
For vehicles sold to California Residents, you will be requried to pay the sales tax on the winning bid amount in your county of residents to the DMV at time of registering the vehicle. You will also be required to pay the registration transfer fees and any back due registration fees what ever they may be. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT US AND OBTAIN THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER ALONG WITH THE VIN OF THE VEHICLE YOU ARE BIDDING ON, SO YOU CAN CALL THE DMV AND GET THE EXACT AMOUNT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IF YOU WIN THE VEHICLE. OUT OF STATE BUYERS WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX IN CALIFORNIA AS LONG AS THE VEHICLE LEAVES OUR FACILITY ON A FLAT BED.
INFORMATION CONCERNING PAYMENT FOR VEHICLE:
Winning bidders must contact our office within 24 hours after auction end and will be required to pay in full within 3 business days after auction end. THERE IS A $50.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE THAT WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL PRICE FOR ALL VEHICLES. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF THE END OF AUCTION.

All taxes, fees, and penalties due to the DMV, are the responsibility of the buyer.
INFORMATION CONCERNING PICK-UP OF VEHICLE:
Pickup must occur within THREE (3) days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made with us. There will be a storage fee of $20.00 per day for any vehicle left on our premises after this time.
The winning bidder is responsible for picking the vehicle up at the Just Donated Inc. storage yard in the city of Orange, CA (off the 57 Freeway). The Address is 1204 W Struck Ave, Orange, Ca 92867.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
This motor vehicle is being sold “AS-IS”, with all faults, including but not limited to those described herein, as well as any other faults or defects, whether or not presently known or discoverable with or without inspection and operation of the vehicle. Should the motor vehicle be found defective following its purchase, the buyer is fully responsible for any and all servicing and repair expenses.
