This Camaro is for sale because I have inherited another vehicle and I don't need 2 cars. I've owned it a bit over five years and it's served me just great. I purchased it with 79k miles and it currently has 137k miles. The title is clean and clear... ready to sign over. The vehicle had a fresh tuneup with new ignition coil and module less than a month ago. I had a new muffler put on back in April. Brake pads were replaced about a year ago. The catalytic converter was also replaced around 80k (when I had bought it). Aside from that, it hasn't needed anything beyond routine maintenance and regular oil changes (always done at 3k miles). Here are some of the finer details worth mentioning: - silver exterior - black/gray cloth interior - removable T Tops - 3.8 V6 motor - manual transmission - ABS brakes and traction control - cruise control - keyless entry - alarm - power windows - power locks - automatic on/off headlights - premium Monsoon sound system with CD player (front speakers have since been upgraded to Infinitis) - 55 series wheel package - aftermarket rubber floor mats Since it does have about ten years on it, the exterior is a bit rough with the expected parking lot dings and scratches on the outside (even from before when I had purchased it) but the inside is nearly perfect. There are a couple of quirks with the vehicle that haven't proved to be an issue for me but may be worth looking into for the buyer: - gas gauge doesn't work (I just watch the trip odometer) - There's a bit of a grind when shifting into top gear but only when shifting when the engine is revved above 2.5k - Every once in a while I'll see the RPM's dip while idling. It normally idles around 800 and will dip to 500 for a split second. I can't reproduce it and it doesn't happen very often (I drive it daily and see it maybe once a month). I had the dealer look at it but they said that there weren't any error codes being thrown and they didn't have any ideas so I've driven it for the past couple of years like this and it hasn't seemed to worsen. But perhaps the biggest issue with it currently is that the driver's side power window motor is very weak and will need to be replaced. I just hadn't gotten around to fixing it but realized that I could pass some savings on to a do-it-your-selfer by just taking a hit on the purchase price. You can hear the sprayer motor run when you hit the switch but no fluid gets sprayed onto the windshield. This is most likely a clogged or disconnected tube, but is currently not functioning.
