You are bidding on a 1967 VW Double Cab pickup. This truck is in fabulous condition. We bought this truck for our car collection 7 years ago from a wonderful lady in Sarasota FL. She sold us the truck as having 18,000 original miles as stated on the title. It currently has a FL title listing 17,829 miles. We have put only 800 miles on the truck since we purchased it. I have no reason to doubt the the actual miles because of condition. It has 3 doors and seats 6 adults. 1967 was the only year for 12 volt electrical system form the factory. The truck has no signs of rust other than surface bubbles around the safari windows. And surface rust on the rear floor. The history on the truck is that it sat in a barn in Texas for 25 years before being restored. We have had it stored inside for the last 7 years. The best way to describe the truck is CLEAN. It's only real flaws are some small dings around the rear lift gates. The front floor mats needs replacing and some other minor interior door panel flaws that can be easily repaired. This is a not a 100% show quality truck, but I assure you it is in the top 10% of double cab trucks left in existence. As you can see in one of the pictures, the paint on the roof is thin in several places. The truck comes with the luggage, and a complete set of 4 tires and chrome wheels.
