1974 Honda CB

Unrestored, original 74' Honda CB750k4. This classic motorcycle was recently taken out of decades long storage, oil drained, new plugs and battery installed, and it fired right up. It runs, sounds, and rides like a 6000 mile honda should. Engine sounds and revs wonderfully, no cam chain noise at all. The ride is plush, everything works, (headlight inop. and front brake needs bleeding), no leaks. The bike does not appear to have ever suffered a tip over, just the usual 36 year old patina of rusty chrome, and small dings. This motorcycle is as original and as low mileage of a vintage cb750 as you could ever hope to find, with its original bridgestone tires, paint, owners manual, and tool kit. It would be an excellent restoration candidate, or a nice, appreciating, patina'd rider. There is a small rust hole in the bottom of the left side upper pipe, and the left sidecover is cracked and missing an emblem. The Honda CB750 was the superbike in its day, setting the standard in performance. The sohc 750's are known for reliability, and are becoming quite collectible, unrestored examples are becoming rare but parts are plentiful. The "flake sunrise orange" is arguably the best color on these classic Honda's. Plenty of power, a 5 speed trans, and although this one starts with 1 second on the starter button, it's much more fun to kick it to life!
