Vehicle Detail
Jeep Cherokee "Wagoneer" 19,000 miles, 4.0L inline 6-cylinder, virtually new! Note: The eBay "details" above incorrectly state that this is a 2.5L 4-cylinder jeep. That is wrong. She has a straight-6, 4.0L powerhouse! This is a no reserve auction. The highest bidder gets this gorgeous Jeep! View all of the photos of the jeep here before bidding: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fillup4free/sets/72157624957096332/ This jeep is an absolute diamond in the rough. She's really got only 19,000 original miles on her. Her whole life she was used regularly for only short trips and was stored in a garage. There is no visible rust. The panels are all solid. The couple of spots of rust that did exist in the front door panels have been sand blasted and welded in with steel replacement panels. The rocker panels are solid. This jeep is a beauty from the time when all things were mechanical and not all run by computers. That means that when something breaks, you can fix it yourself. For example it has manual windows and door locks. Gotta love the simplicity of basic mechanics over modern hyper-electronics. That means she's easy and cheap to maintain. Driving around I average 20 miles per gallon on the highway in her, and when you pull the dipstick to check the oil, it comes out golden, not all black and crusty like every other car you've owned. This engine is just barely broken in. She sounds perfect, and she just purrs. Your mileage may vary based on your driving style. The interior is in mint condition; just look at the photos! They tell all! The body has been professionally painted and is as beautiful! As with any vehicle however, some items age whether or not you put on the miles. With that in mind, I've updated this sweet little gem. Now she's an absolute beauty that's ready to show off or to work. Here's the list of what's been done to bring her back to virtual showroom condition: Professional stock paint job (Grenadine Red Mettalic - beautiful in the sun!) Stock chrome roof rack with two carrier bars installed 4 brand new 205/75r15 highway tires installed on stock rims (4 custom allow rims included also) Brand new professionally upholstered headliner 4 brand new Rancho RS5000 shock absorbers 2 brand new rear hatch door lift struts Brand new battery installed Brand new exhaust installed 4-wheel alignment performed 2 new rear helper springs installed (no sagging rear end here!) New 2" 5,000lb trailer hitch installed so you can tow trailers as needed The engine and transmission and brakes have been checked and are great. She starts strong, shifts strong, and stops strong. She drives like a dream...nice and quiet with lots of power. She passed state inspection the first time with zero issues. There are some minor imperfections here and there as is to be expected in a previously owned vehicle, but overall this jeep is an absolute jewel. You have to see her to believe her. She's ready to show off downtown or to bring to work for the next 200,000 miles! She has a clean history and a clean title. She's virtually new, after all!!! I've lovingly restored her to this glorious condition and now offer her for sale on eBay and locally. Since she is for sale also locally, I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. Note: The radio does not work. I didn't replace it because I leave it up to you to add the radio that you would like to have based on your preference, as music devices nowadays vary from satellite to ipod to cd, etc. Here are my terms. If you do not agree with any of them then do not bid. First, View all of the photos of the jeep by clicking the link at the top or bottom of this description. The photos show the actual condition of the jeep. They are good high resolution photos that show you the details. Do not bid if you have not carefully inspected all of the photos on that web page. If you bid, I will assume that you have examined each photo and are bidding in full awareness of the jeep's exact condition. Second, I only want serious bidders who have the money to come through on this rare opportunity. Also given my 100% feedback rating, you can trust that I will come through on my end. $500 NON-refundable payment is required by PayPal immediately upon winning the auction, or the auction will pass to the next highest bidder. Full payment in cash only and pickup of the jeep are required within one week of the end of the auction, or else the auction will pass to the next highest bidder. Simple and straightforward. If you can't meet these requirements then please don't waste our time. Feel free to ask questions, but listen here: This beautiful jeep is straight and clean and gorgeous and like new. Just try getting any cherokee with less than 20,000 miles today for less than $10,000!!! This opportunity will only come by once, so ante up or move on! View all of these photos before you bid: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fillup4free/sets/72157624957096332/ Disclaimer: This auction is for a previously owned vehicle. I make no warranty on the vehicle, and it is sold as is and where is. I am honest in my description, and my feedback speaks for itself. All vehicles require maintenance and upkeep, and this vehicle is no exception. Still, it is in extremely good condition and is a very rare find, and I personally would not hesitate to drive it across the country or to tow a boat or camping trailer or to plow snow with it. I'd be equally as happy to put her in a show room and put a little more work into her to make her absolutely perfect. Thanks for viewing! On Sep-15-10 at 07:47:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: This jeep is the four wheel drive model that has the lever in the drivers seat that lets you switch on the fly between two wheel drive and four wheel drive (high or low). Check out this video that I made of the jeep so that you can see her better: On Sep-15-10 at 11:52:43 PDT, seller added the following information: I've added photos of the engine and under the hood. You just click the link above to view the photo set with all the other photos. They are at the end of the set.
