I am the 3rd owner of this car and am a life-long friend of owner #2. She purchased in '96 and I purchased in '00. Transmission replaced around 95-100,000 miles. Clutch most recently replace around 115,000 miles. Brakes and power steering in excellent condition. Body in excellent shape, considering it's an 18 year old car. Convertible canapy replaced a couple of years ago but electric motor recently quit on me so it must be opened and closed manually. Engine sounds quite healthy. Air Conditioner works quite well. Radio does not work (don't know the code and have no way of finding it). All 4 Cooper tires almost like new. Passenger seat needs to be recovered (original leather). Driver seat replaced several years ago with synthetic leather. Rear seat probably needs redoing soon. Front left blinker light kit shell needs to be replaced for about $75. All lights work. Rattling noise in front axle when turning... estimated repair ~$250. No accidents or water damage that I am aware of.
