I need to clarify something...A lot of people are asking about the title.. THE TITLE IS AT THE BANK.. the only reason you have to wait for the title is bc we have to finish paying it off and once I pay the remaining balance off they will hand me the title bc it is on hand at the bank (this will be taken care of the same day I get the $, I was just letting the buyer know this information). This is what happens with anything you buy. This is why I explained why we are getting rid of it, and that is why we are selling-to pay it off and get rid of it. So I'm sorry I didn't clear this up, but YES there is a title, its at the bank and yes we are just paying it off.
