Up for auction today is my '82 Supra. I've owned this car for almost (20) years. It has never been garage kept since I've owned it. Twelve years ago I had the (2) rear quarters replaced due to rust. I thought the bodyshop did a nice job until just recently I noticed some blistering on the left quarter panel. Through further inspection the sunroof drain hose was just placed in the left quarter panel and not routed out through the inner quarter. It rusted out again. The right side quarter panel is fine. Bodyshop no longer in business...no recourse. I also replaced the rear hatch and driver side door shell....they are fine. I just don't have the time to complete the car. The car runs great, but needs someone to finish it. In June I replaced the dry rotted tires with 4 new BFGoodrich Radial T/A's. You can barely makeout the blue film on the raised white letters. The A/C doesn't work, but the sunroof does. The gas gauge for some reason doesn't work. The car has the optional digital dash and trip computer. It works fine. It also has a '84 radio and somewhere along the line someone put in a Toyota factory antenna...also works fine. the car also has the optional Sports Seats Front and Back, though never installed from the factory. The driver's side seat pump up lumbar feature does not work. The car does have some rust in the floor boards and the rear disc backing plate have all but rusted off. There is also rust in the rear spare tire area...I guess very common. The car has a newer windshield wiper motor installed. I don't know if when the new windshiled was installed if they didn't do a great job, but when it rains there is a small puddle in the center console...maybe it's the sunroof. I just don't have the time to finish it...it is time the let it go to another Supra enthusiast. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. All sales are final.
