Original 1970 Chevrolet Corvette 454 LS5 Big Block Sports Car This 1970 Corvette is a beauty.... she has NEW black leather seat covers, NEW interior door panels, NEW carpet, paint is a year and a half old (base coat clear coat PPG) - correct Chevrolet Monza red factory color, ALL weatherstripping is NEW, tranny was removed and rebuilt and is THE ORIGINAL tranny for this car, all calipers are stainless sleeved, NO frame issues, NEW correct exhaust system, radiator has been re-cored, NEW ignition shielding, NEW valve covers, NEW air cleaner lid, NEW correct shielded spark plug wires, NEW brake master cylinder, NEW heater hoses, starter has been rebuilt and so has the alternator, distributor is an original cable drive and has had a Crane XR1 points conversion installed, the motor is THE ORIGINAL to this car (stamp TO7070ZU) was rebuilt approximately 15 years ago and has had few miles put on... approx. 1500 miles since the rebuild. The paint shines nicely, chrome is very acceptable, she has power steering and power brakes, tires are older but are in good shape with the seat covers being professionally installed by Al Knoch Interiors. Items that will need attention would be the trip odometer, emergency brake adjustment and the tach cable needs replaced.
