1947 Pontiac Torpedo coupe, 2 door. 350ci small block Chevy runs awesome, newer rebuild. 350TH automatic transmission. Independent front suspension with disk brakes. Chevy GM 5x4.75" lug pattern all the way around. Drivetrain came from a late sixties Nova. This car runs and stops great. Power brakes & steering work great too. I have taken it on a couple 100+ mile road trips with no troubles or issues. All of the original body parts are there with no body rot. Some of the floor panels were patched, the tunnel needs to be finished for the drive shaft. The frame/chassis has been gone through, cleaned up, and painted black. I have no glass for the car but I do have a plexiglass windshield that works fine in the mean time, I also have researched this and glass is readily available as it is just like the '47 Chevy. Exterior handles(doors & trunk) are present as is the hood piece and grill, but the side window and rocker panel trim is not. I am also missing the bumpers. I have a local source who says he has most of the parts in various conditions and I will pass his contact info on with the car. The odometer works, but is not original to the car so mileage is not accurate. The fuel tank was relocated to the trunk by the previous owner, I do not know why, but the original tank was removed and I do not have it. This car is a registered driveable project, I am happy to entertain any questions to the best of my ability. Local delivery possible for an additional charge.
