Thank you! 1965 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE MALIBU SS I am pleased to offer a real Chevelle Malibu Super Sport code 13837. This Malibu was assembled in Atlanta, GA, painted Crocus yellow with black bucket seat trim. This Malibu came from Alabama and is believed to always been a southern car. The engine casting number is 3782870 which is correct for the car. The number stamped on the block tab is F090TEE. The cylinder head casting numbers are 3782461 double hump heads both sides. The intake is an Edlebrock super dominator with a holly carb with the number 80457-2 0785 on the choke housing. The distributor is a later HE1. The build date on the car is 09B – second week September with option codes W2M PS and 5W. I do not know if this is the original block. The transmission is a turbo 350. The body is excellent however I found some filler by running a wafer magnet along the entire bottom side. There are no rust bubbles. There is no filler in either the front fender or left door with only slight filler in the right door. The paint is an older respray of average quality with a beautiful shine. The interior has been freshened up with new arm rest, sun visors, dome light, console light, glove box emblems, accelerator pedal, parking brake handle and felt strips around the windows. All of the trim is very nice. The headliner is excellent. I have provided many pictures to help present its condition. The under hood detail is show quality. The trunk has the original mat. In viewing the undercarriage I found some accident damage that once occurred on the right quarter panel and some damage to the floor pan. Please see the pictures. The Crager chrome mags are beautiful and the red line radials are near new. I have provided many pictures to help with your buying decision. Although not a perfect car, it is very showy. The car also comes with the spare tire and jack. We will be glad to provide a picture if requested. A true Chevelle Malibu Super Sport is rare and this is the real thing.
