This is a relist because the person who won the orginal auction decided to play the phantom winner game and not respond after the auction was over. I believe that he was shocked to learn that it is not cheap to either ship a vehicle from Cleveland to Denver or get a last minute airplane ticket. Oh well his loss your gain. The orginal auction ended with a winning bid of $3800.01. I am now putting a "Buy it now" option at $3500.00. I am doing this because I committed to buying a truck locally and I need the money from this one to pay for it. I am looking to sell my 1999 Isuzu Vehicross. It is an AWD / 4X4 SUV about the same size as a CRV or a Rav-4. The only reason I am getting rid of it is because I need a truck. It has 134,000 miles on it. I am disclosing EVERYTHIG that is wrong with the vehicle to assure a smooth transaction. It runs great and is mechanically sound. It was always serviced by a professional mechanic whenever it needed anything. The tires have plenty of tread left on them. It has a one year old battery. This SUV is fully loaded with leather and carbon fiber interior, AM/FM cassette, Factory installed alarm, Six disk CD changer, Power windows, Power doors, Heated mirrors, ABS, Cruise control, 18 inch chrome wheels, Dual airbags, TOD"torque on demand" AWD, Class 3 towing hitch, and a lot more. Now I'll tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. The starter acts up sometimes but if you cycle the keys it never fails to start. There is a quarter sized dent on the passenger side quarter panel, and the flat black part of the hood needs repainted. Its previous owner attempted to paint it themselves. I have taken pictures of both body problems as you can see in the pictures below. You would be hard pressed to find a speck of rust on this vehicle. Inside the vehicle the interior is in great shape with no tears or rips. The CD changer is broken but I ordered an OEM replacement that will come with the deal. The windows are slow which I found out through a little research is a flaw with just about all VehiCROSS's. I never smoked in the vehicle or halled dogs around in it. Again this SUV is mechanically strong but being a ten year old vehicle it does have a few quarks. Its dummy light is on. I was told it was a sensor for the TOD "AWD" and an EGR valve. So I don't believe the AWD is working. What happened was I got into the truck and the lights on the dash that usually light up and show how the torque is being split between the wheels was no longer on. Instead the light read check. The funny thing is that it still doesn’t slip on snowy roads. But for the sake of not knowing we'll call it broken. Then I took it to my Co-worker who also happens to be a mechanic and he said it’s a sensor not anything actually mechanically wrong. If I remember correctly the part was less than $100. I didn’t have him fix it because I knew I was getting rid of it and with money being so tight in this economy it just didn’t make sense. Even though it was only one of 1021 produced in 99 it is not that hard to find parts for because it shares its drive train and some interior parts with the Trooper. The price is lower than the Kelly Blue Book price, and it is considerably cheaper than most of the others on a site like E-Bay.
