This auction will be for a good reliable 2001 Volkswagen Golf. This front wheel drive two door hatchback coupe has a good Silver exterior finish with a nice Black cloth interior. This Golf is a TDI model and comes nicely equip with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power door locks, a factory am/fm/cassette/cd player, air conditioning, cruise control, dual SRS airbags, rear defrost, rear wiper and a remote alarm. The drivetrain is a smooth and strong running 1.9 liter turbocharged diesel engine with an automatic four speed transmission and power four wheel ABS disc brakes. The engine runs out very well and the automatic transmission shifts good too. The other mechanics of this Golf, to include the brakes, suspension and steering are all also in tight condition. Overall this is Golf is a nice reliable vehicle that starts, runs and drives great. The non smokers Black cloth interior has a nice appearance. There is a full floor console, headrests on the seats, factory floor mats and a fold down rear seat. There are no rips in the cloth seating and no missing or broken trim items. The seats, floor carpet, dash panel and door panels all look good. The air conditioning is not working, but it is all complete. All the lights and gauges are working as they should and overall everything is in order with the original owners books included. The Silver exterior finish looks good too. There are some small flaws, but not anything significant. There is a small scuff to the paint on the passenger side rear bumper corner, some small paint chips on the hood end and a ding/paint chip on the passenger fender with just a little bit of surface rust starting low on the fender. Other than that, the paint has a nice shine, all the trim is in good shape and we see no signs of any previous accidents or repairs. With 159,998 miles this front wheel drive TDI two door hatchback Golf coupe is a good original vehicle to own. The engine and mechanics are in good shape and the interior and exterior also are in good shape. The tires are near new and we have all our vehicles serviced and safety inspected before we sell them. This Golf checks out great and would make an excellent first time drivers car, back to school driver or just a good economical vehicle to own. There are an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point. 8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given. 9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days. After (7) days the vehicle will be brought to a storage facility subject to their liens for release. 10)Not concurring with any of the above terms could result in a loss of this sale.
