Up for auction is a very clean 1968 cougar. it is the xr7 package and is a factory X code. That option included a 390 engine with 2 barrel carb along with automatic and a/c. currently the car has a strong running 302 with a 4 speed manual trans. the car runs very strong and drives excellent. the body has ZERO rust however does need a good paint job. the body is nearly perfect with only a few small dings. the dash is currently out of the due to i was going to paint it. the dash is black and is perfect. i have all the gauge cluster including the xr7 a/c dash. i do not have the orig. engine or trans but they are pretty easy to come by. this car runs and drives great with the cragar s/s wheels and bfg tires. It does need a few minor things such as the brakes to be bled and the signal deals replaced. this is a great start to a very rare project and its nearly impossible to find a rust free one! feel free to email any questions you might have and i will be glad to answer them.
