This is a 2004 Crown Victoria with the P71 Police Package. This car runs and drives excellent! Yes it only has 16k miles! This car was used by the Park Board of Trustees. I am not exactly sure what they needed a P71 for… This car has never had a spotlight, lightbar or any holes drilled into the body for antennas. This car also has never had a prisoner cage installed.
