Vehicle Detail
I Purchased this cute little car on E Bay Last Week.I Didn't realize How small these little cars are.I cant keep it, Car must go.Its A Great little car in Nice Shape. No Rust.Engine Runs Strong,Previous Owner Just sent it out for A Cylinder head rebuild Also A new valve job, new exhaust manifold, tune up and oil change. All receipts go with car.It runs And drives good.will need a little TLC to make it a show car.buyer must pay shipping, If you have any Questions call 843-968-8388 or email mlafer@sc.rr.com , No Reserve car must go..also has a leather cover that goes over top when down.body in great shape no rust. Get You Bids In Car Is Going To Sell, Dont Miss Out On this Great Little Car.Fixed Up It would Be a Great Show Car.Car drives great Took it out last night and it shifts great through all gears, speedo and tach all work.i did notice a little rust on floor boards but nothing bad.it does have a salvage title dont know why car drives strong although i also noticed break pedal sticks.but all around car is in nice shape.the bad points on the car are the top has a 4inch tear on side and the drivers seat has a split in the seam.but as you can see from pics car is in great shape for a 1978 model MG Midget.the odometer reads 29000 miles but i dont know if its right as the title states salvage.car doesnt pull as i was driving down the road at 60 mph i let go of steering wheel and car didnt move to one side or the other.tires are in good shape no abnormal wear .also has a nice stereo system in car,car is fun to drive almost hate to see it go.but its just to small for me. Im sorry to all the people who bid on this car last week.ebay made me pull it to get the title problem fixed.I bought this car it was sold to me with a clear title, but when car came the title said salvage, so it was misrepresented so ebay and myself and the seller had to sort things out, its all taken care of the title is a salvage title, its still a great car.ive been over the car with a fine tooth comb looking for structural damage, integrity of the body to the frame I could not find any signs of a major or minor accident its a tight little car.that any MG Midget collector would be proud to have and restore.so enjoy the auction and send in your bids this car will sell good luck mike lafer
