2005 GTO 6.0 LS2 Repairable project Save A Goat! You are bidding on a complete 2005 GTO, midnight blue, 405 HP LS2 engine, and a 4L60E automatic 4 speed transmission combination with only 42,515 miles. We own a high end hot rod shop in Northern California. This car was one of our best customers personal cars. He took very good care of the car, drove it like a grandpa, and unfortunately had a pretty light accident. We decided to purchase the car after the insurance company totaled it with the intention of repairing and keeping it. We just figured it was way to nice of a car to get sold to a wrecking yard for parts. We are also pretty big conversationalists of American Automobiles so the thought of cutting up an Icon like the GTO (which is no longer made) just turns our stomachs. We decided that We don't have time to repair it anytime soon and rather than store it for the next year We'd like to pass it on to someone that can repair it. With the exception of the damage to the front end and a scratched up area on the rear bumper this car is in beautiful condition. The car does drive around our Parking Lot and everything seems to be fine mechanically.
