We are selling our 1946 mercury coupe! We have been restoring it for about four years (although not professsionals - its been fun). The car is in fantastic shape with new paint. Not sure if odometer is correct. It has the ORIGINAL flathead 8 motor and transmission. All ORIGINAL chrome is in place and all the pot metal has been restored. Both bumpers have been re-chromed. Tires are new. The old gas tank has been replaced. The exhaust system has also been replaced and we added twin chrome tailpipes. Car runs like a dream - driven at least twice a week. Since we are in the process of restoring, there are a few things left to do. The car needs a headliner and driver's side window (cracked). We have lots and lots of extra parts that will go with the car: front and back bumpers, seals, hoses, four original hubcaps, all new chrome to go around windows, new window gaskets, etc. WE HAVE A GREAT TIME CRUISING AROUND TOWN LISTENING TO THE "OLDIES" - IT'S A REAL HEAD TURNER!!!
