Up for a no reserve auction is an excellent example of how a bike should be kept! By looking at this bike you can tell it was very well taken care of and never raced. Bike has no indication of ever having numbers on it or being left outside. Bike is all original except for Whirlpool throttle, Metzler tires, Sidewinder front and rear sprokets. I am the third person to own it since it came from Mariah Carey's farm in upstate NY. I have no proof or paper work saying it was her husbands or boyfreinds so you will have to ask her yourself. Mariah, if your reading this please send me proof this came from your farm so we can preserve this bike as a collectors item. With that said, this bike needs nothing but a rider or collector to preserve it. I rode this bike yesterday and it hauls ass! Everything is tight, starts first or second kick, tires are good, chain and sproket is like new, all cables are good, seat has no rips, even has front drum brakes! Old school! I think this was the first year liquid cooled CR250. The bad is the rear fender has a bend in it. The second owner flipped it and hurt his leg in the process trying to hold on so it didnt go into the crowd at a gathering at his house. Its hard for me to let this go but I got an earful when i brought it home and we need the money. High bidder will take this bike home! I will deliver for $1.50 per mile from door to door or I will crate and ship at buyers expense. Crating Is $100. There are many shippers out there that will pick this up at my house and deliver to your door for $350-$500.
