- Buy it Now - $2200.00 2002 Chrysler Town & Country LX This is being relisted due to a non-paying "Buy it Now" bidder (lclerk8iul11). This is a really nice, very clean van that we bought and used for (2) years from a one owner in Florida. The car lived in Florida since '02 - '09 and was dealer serviced. The previous owner was only selling because they were buying a new Town & Country from the dealer that serviced this van. We are only selling because we needed more seating room for another car seat so we bought a Honda Odyssey. Here's what I've had done to the van.... new passenger window motor michelin tires (80% tread remaining) a/c - heat blower switch rotors/pads pa inspected through 4/11. I would and have driven this car everywhere...with no worries...it is smooth and handles like a car. If you are looking for an inexpensive, very reliable, and good looking family van, you've found it. Here is what it needs. It needs a speed sensor (less that $100.00). The speed sensor enables the transmission to shift through all gears smoothly. Within the last month, the van stills runs perfectly but won't shift into the 4th gear. In others words, it shifts from 1, 2, & 3rd, and stays there. So, you can drive it around town the way it is, but for the highway, you would obviously want the 4th gear. So, you just need to have the speed sensor installed. I would do it myself, but I travel extensively with my job, so I do not have time. My busy schedule is my loss and your gain. This van is being offered at a very low "buy-it-now" price. It is a steal @ $2200.00. We bought a Honda Odyssey, so it must go!!!!!!
