Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1969 Camaro project. I apologize for lack of photos, they will be added on 8/27 and no later than 8/28. Car started with good intentions and the previous owner lost interest. Just about every panel on the car has been replaced with Goodmark replacement panels before paint. Floors and sheet metal are in great condition. Paint is a color shifting from navy blue to an emerald green. The highlight of the car is the chassis. The front consists of a Chris Alston Chassisworks front subframe. The subframe has been painted gloss black and all welds being ground smooth and worked for an ultra smooth and clean look. The upper and lower tubular a arms are stainless and mounted with optional spud bolts. The rack is power and finished in chrome. Suspension is supplied by Air Ride Technologies Shockwaves. The brakes are 13" Baer's with the upgraded 2 pc. rotors. Motor mounts are setup for small block Chevy and are polished billet. Transmission crossmember is setup for automatic. Also comes with all steering joints and dd shaft. The front end alone was around 8K with options. The rear of the car is on a Air Ride Technologies 4 link with Shockwaves. Tying the two together is a set of Chassisworks subframe connectors. Among everything else under the hood being new also is a set of billet hood hinges. So in short what we have is a good roller project with the frame in place and ready for your drivetrain, interior, or even paint. What you see is what you get. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Feel free to come and view it anytime during the auction. We also welcome any third party inspectors on your behalf. If bidder chooses to ship I will be happy to assist in getting it on the truck. Thanks and happy bidding! On Aug-27-10 at 20:37:49 PDT, seller added the following information: Still trying to get more pictures up but here are a few. The wheels were some I had around so mounted them up for a few pictures. Stock steel wheels just don't do anything for it. These are to large as they are 20's all the way around. Car was setup for 18's or a 18/20 combo. Will help buyer fit a set of wheels to it if wanted. Car will sell with a set of steel wheels and tires that hold air for transport unless an agreement is made otherwise. The car is still at such a point it can go any direction so I thought buyers would rather save on the purchase and choose their own wheels. Car is also stock in the rear fenders. It had not yet been mini tubbed. Also the car has no wiring, interior to speak of, or drivetrain. Body and suspension only, with the suspension bolted in place as shown to clear up a few questions. I do however have the stock front buckets. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks. On Aug-30-10 at 18:39:21 PDT, seller added the following information: Have had quite a few people ask if I would be interested in finishing the car for them. We would enjoy finishing this car for the next owner and seeing it finished! Feel free to contact us and discuss the option. Also added a few pictures of the floor and trunk pans and a under hood shot. Thanks, BrianOn Aug-31-10 at 21:02:30 PDT, seller added the following information: Added a picture of the rest of the parts which consist of a rear spoiler, cowl panel, front and rear bumpers, and the grille surround all painted in body color. Also confirmed that the rear quarter glass and regulators are still in place.
