One of the most desirable cars of the 40’s All Original car in Excellent condition very reliable. When it idles you can’t tell its running and rides like a true Cadillac. Going thru Divorce and have to sell. Specs: 348ci flat head V8 (very reliable engine) (matching #s) this was the engine they put in the army tanks of WW2 and won the war. Also has Automatic Transmission (only 30% of 41 Cads where ordered with the Hydromatic Trans). Wood grain dash, radio works, power antenna, spare tire and jack, chrome is perfect, Goodyear tires, Original California 1941 License Plates. Dual 6V batteries for better cranking power. History: It was purchased at San Francisco Cadillac New by the airs to the Heinz fortune. In 1963 the family had it repainted in 80 cotes of black Lacquer opera window installed and features added as to make it more of a chauffeur driven car. The car has always been in the San Francisco Bay Area. No rust. When you stand beside the car you can see a reflection of yourself 6 feet in depth in the car. It is a paint job that would be hard to duplicate. In 1982 a couple in San Jose California bought it and garage kept it until I purchased the car from them in 1994.I have garage kept climate controlled area. Never washed car with hose always towel dry. I have motored around San Francisco in this car in love with it. It has never broken down on me.
