Up for auction is this highly optioned 1960 Desoto Adventurer 4 door sedan DeSoto's most beautiful fins,hard to find a solid one anymore. The car is powered by a recently rebuilt 1968 Dodge 440 V8 with single four barrel carb,engine has new high performance Holley distributor.powerfull engine runs smooth and strong. Has a recently rebuilt 1968 three speed automatic Torqueflite transmission and 1968 Dodge rear end so you'll never have to hassle with a drum puller again. new master cylinder,points,condensor,wires. car was highly optioned and has power front seat,rear defroster,power steering,power brakes,sky high rear window and rare auto-pilot cruise control. Solid Las Vegas car,solid floors,rust free except for small area of rust on the lower part of the passeneger side rear door,but the car comes with a spare rust free door,there are also some tiny areas of rust in the weatherseal lip on the trunk opening which is typical for these cars because the design allows water to collect there.Windshield has a hairline crack,but the car comes with an original replacement that is crack free. Many extra parts including another crack free windshield,extra rust free door,etc. Interior needs restoration,former owner had car undercoated,see photos.
