Welcome to my auction, 2001 Mercedes-Benz S500 This car is fully loaded with all the luxury features you would expect for a $100,000 car brand new. Great engine and smooth shifting transmission You can really feel the quality and luxury when you drive it Although it is good condition, it is not a cream puff and needs a little TLC to bring it back to showroom condition. Rip on the passenger side seat, spot on back seat (we have kids) Passenger side mirror class is cracked. You will NOT need a whole new mirror housing, just the actual glass Service B check- Service B is just basically a tune up, oil change, and a bunch of checks, and adding fluids. It is standard and at the Benz dealership it will cost between $400-$450. I got the dealership diagnostic and they said because of the service B past due it causes the check engine and srs light to come on. They don't stay or come on all the time, but sometimes they do. NO diagnostic codes came up for the check engine light which lead them to believe it was a tune up The left strut makes a little noise on turns and if you take off real fast. It is not bad but does need to be replaced. It DOES NOT affect driving, nor is the car sitting low. On these cars everything is air-ride. The shocks, struts are all air suspension. It is a minor fix for just the strut Some normal wear and tear scuffs on the back bumper, and scratches on the body, but no dents or anything major. Overall the body is clean. Other then those things it is in god shape, I am an honest person and listed everything it needs so you will have no surprises. If you have anymore questions do not hesitate to ask.
