1965 Volkswagen Beetle Project. My daughter and I have been working on this for a few years, and now that she's old enough to actually drive it, it's been deemed impracticle. Given that and my lack of time to spend on it, you get to finish it. It's a pretty good looking low mileage car that has been completely torn down and rebuilt. Complete body off job. Features: New floor pans. New tie rods and ends. Adjustable height Ball joint front beam. New brakes ( Ghia front calipers and rotors all lines, rear cylinders, shoes and drums, new master cyl). 195/65 rear tires on four bolt wheels on adapters to the original style drums. Conti 145's on the front. New salt and pepper carpet and new gray seat covers, Have NOS gray door panels not installed. Suicide doors with shaved handles. Still need cbles installed but parts included. Rustoleum paint job ,(looks way better in the photos than up close) but not too bad. No rear seat. The rear interior is decked for cargo. Tinted windows. All new window gaskets. Wooden GT type steering wheel. 1600 Dual Port engine with chrome tins. The engine runs but the Battery leads are not hooked up at this time. Also I had the gas tank out to work on the front end so it needs to be hooked up. Lights need to be hooked up and the turnsignal switch need to be hooked up. A bunch of little stuff like putting on the wipers and some trim and wiring is yet to be done before inspection. The main things I have not addressed are the bumpers, Headliner, rear carpet, these I don't have for you. I have the original bill of sale and bills of sale from an interim owner and to me. I never got a title and NY didn't issue them in '65. I will give you a bill of sale. Notarized if need be. If needed I have a '66 chassis with a clean Title that could be a part of this deal.
