This is a 2005 Ford F-150 XLT regular cab with 4-dr. cargo access and the popular 4.6L V-8 Engine & automatic overdrive tranny with 2-wheel drive. The truck was totaled out by Shelter Insurance Company and taken from the previous owner who would still be driving if not for the damage and especially since they just filled this up with fuel before the damage. I have found that the salvage rebuilders that I buy from Insurance companies are much better because the vehicle was in service and doing fine until damaged.

Please take some time to check out my 78 picture of this extra low mileage pick up. This has to be the cleanest 5 year old vehicle I have seen in a long time and I know it has the lowest mileage truck I have had in a while.

I hope the pictures explain what need to be pointed out as far as the damage goes. You can be confidant that there will not be any hidden damage or suprises because that is not how I sell my rebuilders.

The damage is what you see and it is all sheet metal. The left headlamp is good as are both front & rear bumpers. All glass & air bags are good and the left mirror is not damaged but the cover is off the back side as you can see in pic. I can say that there is no damage to the undercarriage or any obvious frame damage but contact had to have been made on the left rear tire and a very slight wobble can be seen when driving. I did measure the wheel base the best that could be done with a tape and it indicated it is within 1/4 of the factory 126in. wb. on left side. I did road test about 10 miles and found nothing that would say it could not be driven home but my recommendation would be to trailer any rebuilder home as I did therefore ya get home with what ya bought.

The overall truck will be just what you expect it to be and what my pics & description say or no deal! Also no rust hail or any old damage will be found.

The engine sounds great with an up to date service sticker in windshield. You can view the pic of the instrument cluster and see the truck at idle with good reading on the gauges. The truck has never had a trailer hitch installed or any signs of being used as a work truck. I usually run a Carfax on my vehicles but this looked like a waste of money because it can't have much of a history in this condition other than a good one?

The interior will be exactally as the pictures show. Loaded with options that all work, cold air and a non-smoker. The fiberglass cover is not damaged and is a good quality topper with an excellant factory matching color.
