Here is a very clean 2006 325i with M3 rims. Car is a lien sale from California. I'm a Nevada resident and Nevada does not deal with California Liens I didn't know this when I purchased and I don't have the time to do the smog go to California etc.. The car was never in any accidents a guy owned a shop money he didn't not pay they put a lien on his car. You can get a tax exempt from the B.O.E board of equalization if you don't live in California so you won't have to pay taxes. I don't know the laws in other states so check with your state first and make sure they deal with California lien sales. If you live in Califoria all that is required is a smog which it will pass no problem and goto the DMV with the papers pay the fees and your done.
