1987 Honda Gold Wing

This is a No-Reserve auction. On auction is a 1987 Honda GL200 Aspencade with 29,131 miles with a new stator. I purchased this bike 2 years ago and do not ride it enough. It runs perfectly and has been babied by me since I purchased it as well as the prior owner. The only reason that I am selling is because I need the room in my garage and do not ride this bike very often. The good: Within the last 1,000 miles (last summer), this bike has: New Front Brakes New Rear Brakes Entire Brake system cleaned, flushed and bled Entire Clutch system cleaned, flushed and bled New Front Fork Seals Rear Differential flushed and fresh fluid in Moly60 used at driveshaft yoke teeth, driveshaft/diff teeth, driven flange teeth and final drive teeth New RM stator Stator to Rectifier wiring upgrade Carbs completely bench-cleaned and then synched on the bike New rubber vacuum hoses and new intake rubber O-rings New Air Filter New Gates Timing Belts New Thermostat New coolant hoses on entire system Complete cooling system cleaned, flushed with Silicate-Free Antifreeze Oil change and filter Bike runs and handles great. The paint is original and still shiny and glossy. Seat and backrest are both perfect. Tires have half life but still plenty of tread. With the new stator installed last summer, this bike has perfect charging. The last owner installed a voltmeter and aftermarket CB, they both appear to be a professional installation. The fender has the chrome extension, the trip meter is chromed, the radiator has a chrome cover, and the saddlebags also have chrome handles. M/C Enterprises heel/toe boards work great and are very comfortable, . There are also Markland highway boards installed. The foglights work great and have a separate switch. The bad: The radio and CB are inoperable. The lights come on, but there is no sound. I don’t know if I’m not pressing the right button to turn it on or if something else is going on. I’m not used to creature comforts like a radio on motorcycles so I put off figuring it out. So bidders please be aware of this.
