This 1970 Mustang convertible was just recently pulled from a barn in the woods where it has sat for the last 39+ years in Hudson NY, a real barn find! meaning it was found in a farmers barn. This was a nice car when it was new with White paint, Vermillion interior, 351-2v, automatic, power steering, power top, sport mirrors,it even still has the orginal wheels and tires!(Ford Magnums). This car has lots of rust in all of the usual places-frames, floors, trunk... I did put a battery in it and tested the power top and it still works. The top goes all the way down and back up with no problem. The motor was changed out with a 289 engine before it was parked. The motor is set and the engine oil looks good on the dip stick. It still has it's factory 9" rear axle. All of the side glass is still in the car. This is a hard color combo to find according to Kevin Marti's book Mustangs by the numbers it is one of only 83 built this way. This car will be sold with a {{{{ bill of sale only }}}}.
